Data we collect
This is a showcase website. We only collect the data you voluntarily provide to us:
- Via the contact form: your name (or company), your phone number and, where applicable, a description of your need. This form stores nothing on the site: it opens your email program so you can write to us.
- By email or phone: the information you give us when you contact us directly (quotes, breakdown service, follow-up).
- Technical data: like any website, our hosting may keep connection logs (IP address, date, pages viewed) for security and proper operation.
Purposes
Your data is used solely to:
- respond to your requests for quotes, breakdown service or information;
- manage the follow-up of the commercial relationship and of service calls;
- ensure the security and proper operation of the site.

Recipients and hosting
Your data is processed solely by Technic Hayon's teams, in France and Luxembourg. It is neither sold nor transferred to third parties. The site is hosted on our own infrastructure and exchanges are secured by encryption (HTTPS).
Retention period
We keep your data for as long as needed to handle your request and then, where applicable, for the duration of the commercial relationship plus the applicable legal periods, notably accounting ones. After that, it is deleted or anonymised.
Your rights
